Truck Driver
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Truck Driver.
Truck drivers operate trucks with a GVM in excess of 3,500 kilograms and ensure the safe transportation of cargo from point of departure to point of arrival.
A Qualified Learner Will Be Able To:
- Plan and prepare a truck for transportation.
- Operate a truck.
- Maintain operational documents and records.
Upskill: Truck Driver
Type of Assessment: Formative Assessment, Summative Assessment and EISA – External Integrated Summative Assessment set out by the QCTO.
Certificate Issue: Statement of Results issued by Hazchemwize on final completed course and submitted Portfolio of Evidence File, and then QCTO will issue the occupational certificate after you have completed your EISA – External Integrated Summative Assessment.
